Optimum physical fitness is the foundation of every part of your life. More than the standard “personal training” facility, we incorporate coaching techniques that will assist you in reaching your health, fitness and overall life enhancing goals. Through our blend of guided dialogue and fitness training methods, we help our clients develop and implement the strategies necessary to navigate the often difficult path of lifestyle change.

We start with an initial consultation that includes a lifestyle analysis, health screening, and physical assessments to help determine and define your goals. Then we develop and support you in implementing a completely customized fitness plan.

You can enjoy private strength training sessions at your home or our exclusive private studio, aqua workouts in your pool, yoga by our pond, long walks in the hills. The possibilities are endless. Indoors, outdoors, your place, ours, it’s all about what works for you.

Fit 4 Success now offers PRIVATE PILATES TRAINING with Brenda Blanton, our very own Pilates, yoga, and aqua fitness specialist. Reformer, Pilates chair, and mat Pilates instruction
are all available in a private and peaceful atmosphere.

BELOW ARE OUR IN-STUDIO TRAINING SESSION FEES:

Individual 50-Minute Sessions

2 or more sessions per month
$65 per session

Individual 30-Minute “Success Express” Sessions

2 or more sessions per month
$45 per session

Duo or Buddy 50-Minute Sessions

$110 per session ($55 each)

Trio or Small Group Sessions

$135 per session ($45 each)

Additional charges apply to off-site or in-home training sessions.
